Agtegra Cooperative is seeking an Application Dispatcher for agronomy operations in Aberdeen, SD. The role focuses on directing applicators, coordinating with location managers and ensuring efficient dispatch and inventory control.

The position emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, and seamless communication across teams. The dispatcher will work closely with agronomists, managers, and warehouse staff to keep equipment moving and to manage assets and training for the region.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or two-year technical school; or 1–2 years related experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with logistics, dispatch software and DOT regulations is advantageous.
• Ability to read, write, and present information clearly; basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Organize application orders and fertilizer loads for efficiency.
• Dispatch equipment to customers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for loading tender trucks.
• Use MZB Dispatch systems to ensure clear maps and directions.
• Communicate with locations to manage staff and inventory needs.
• Assist regional management in planning for future operations.
• Oversee assets for application services, replacements and maintenance.
• Address misapplications or performance issues with applicators.
• Meet with staff to discuss performance and goals.
• Identify training for commercial application staff.
