Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in seed strategy, sales or leadership.
• Experience delivering growth, managing partnerships with manufacturers or suppliers.
• Understanding of cooperative business model and member-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel regularly across sales regions and to events.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute seed strategy to drive sustainable growth, profitability and market share.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with seed manufacturers and key stakeholders.
• Create long-term growth plans for sales regions with clear goals and budgets.
• Develop go-to-market programs, initiatives and promotions to increase seed orders.
• Partner with Agronomy sales teams to improve customer experience through agronomic recommendations and seed positioning.
• Evaluate market trends and emerging seed technologies to identify opportunities and manage risk.
• Lead pricing, forecasts, budgets and profitability targets for the seed business.
• Provide leadership and coaching for a small team and influence broader teams.
• Support seed training to strengthen product knowledge and customer value.
