The role focuses on uptime, parts and service profitability, inventory control, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance with data-driven oversight and hands-on engagement.

Demonstrated leadership in multi-location operations.

Responsibilities

Support Innovation Center locations through onsite visits and weekly direction.
Drive safety audits and best-practice alignment across centers.
Manage parts/vendor programs, price protection, and warranty recovery.
Improve profitability via revenue, margin, and cost controls in parts/service.
Oversee inventory levels, turns, aging, and cash flow impact.
Lead product development and portfolio management.
Promote customer satisfaction with consistent service standards.
