Job summary

Zelis is seeking a Director, Infrastructure & Security Delivery to transform and lead technical delivery across the Enterprise Infrastructure and Information Security portfolios within Zelis’ Engineering, Data, and Infrastructure (ZEDI) department. The role partners with senior leaders to establish a modern, scalable delivery model that improves predictability, speed, quality, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years delivering IT infrastructure products, platforms, programs, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• 7+ years of people leadership including coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Proven success leading delivery organizations across complex infrastructure and information security portfolios.
• Experience transforming delivery frameworks, operating models, governance, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess current delivery capabilities and define a roadmap to improve maturity across Enterprise Infrastructure and Information Security.
• Establish a scalable delivery operating model spanning demand intake through execution and benefits realization.
• Provide strategic oversight for complex infrastructure, cybersecurity, resiliency, governance, and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Translate roadmaps, security risks, regulatory obligations, and modernization priorities into portfolio plans with clear ownership and milestones.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Technical Team Execution Leads; set performance expectations and career paths.
• Serve as primary delivery partner to senior leaders, advising on portfolio health, feasibility, and investment priorities.
• Establish governance, standards, operating rhythms, and decision forums matching scale, complexity, and risk.
• Drive prioritization and resource alignment based on business value, security exposure, and capacity.
• Identify and resolve systemic delivery risks and dependencies; elevate issues with recommended mitigations.
• Define and use delivery metrics to improve predictability, throughput, and outcomes.
