Job summary

Qualys is seeking a Senior Director, Infrastructure & Network to lead the CIO org's infrastructure strategy and platforms. You will modernize, balance reliability and innovation, and shape the operating model while mentoring teams to deliver enterprise outcomes.

You will drive cloud adoption, automation, and service-oriented improvements, collaborating with security and business leaders to create scalable, resilient infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS/IT; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 16+ years in IT infrastructure and network management.
• 10+ years in a director-level role.
• Proven success leading complex programs.
• Experience aligning strategies with executive vision.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Expertise in SD-WAN, MPLS, firewalls, load balancers.
• Strong cybersecurity and compliance knowledge (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Exceptional leadership and PM (Agile, Waterfall, ITIL).
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CCNP, ITIL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate vision into actionable infrastructure strategies.
• Lead complex infrastructure and network programs on time and budget.
• Oversee data centers, cloud platforms, servers, storage, networking.
• Ensure network reliability and security with 99.99% uptime.
• Advance ITSM and ITIL-aligned processes and tools.
• Develop disaster recovery and risk mitigation plans.
• Drive metrics dashboards and reporting.
• Manage local budgets and contracts as needed.
• Collaborate with Information Security to embed security.
• Lead high-performing teams and mentor talent.
