Alliant Energy seeks a strategic Head of Infrastructure Portfolio Management to guide a multi-billion-dollar capital program across states. You will shape investment priorities, lead high-performing teams, and ensure reliability and affordability for customers while engaging regulators and boards.

Role requires deep financial acumen, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering complex utility projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
• 20+ years of technical and/or professional experience.
• Profit and loss responsibility experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of major electric and gas infrastructure investments across multiple states.
• Establish portfolio strategy, governance, and execution standards for major infrastructure programs.
• Oversee capital budgeting, cost controls, and regulatory approvals for assigned programs.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate investment opportunities and manage enterprise risk.
