Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an Associate Director-Capital Infrastructure Projects to lead multi-disciplined teams delivering major infrastructure, power generation, and grid transformation projects for Investor-Owned and Public Utilities in the Southwest. You will manage programs, mentoring teams, and ensure delivery excellence across regulatory, financial, and technical workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 7+ years post-graduation project management experience in the power utilities sector.
• Experience across capital projects and project management life cycle beyond IT projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder and financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project teams; coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Monitor and evaluate project activities and overall performance.
• Contribute to budgeting, planning, and strategy development.
• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Oversee contracts and project financials; report KPIs.
• Analyze data to drive insights and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with client teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals.
• Support growth and client satisfaction within account teams.
