Alliant Energy seeks a visionary leader to head the Infrastructure Portfolio Management for electric and gas assets across multiple states. You will guide the multi-billion-dollar capital program, balancing reliability, affordability, and growth with regulatory and Board engagement.

The role requires 20+ years in technical/professional leadership, including 10 years managing complex programs and P&L responsibility. Strong governance, risk, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of technical/professional experience, including 10 years of progressive management experience.
• Profit and loss responsibility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the development and execution of a multi-state, multi-billion-dollar electric and gas infrastructure portfolio.
• Establish portfolio strategy, governance, and execution standards translating needs into actionable plans.
• Lead and develop teams across project development, planning, permitting, engineering coordination, budgeting, and delivery of complex regulated utility capital projects.
