Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Associate Director-Capital Infrastructure Projects to lead delivery for utility sector programs across the Southwest. You will manage capital infrastructure, generation, transmission, and intertie projects, guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure performance and value.

You will drive project management discipline, financials, regulatory compliance, and risk management while mentoring staff and developing innovative solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, finance, public policy and/or related discipline with seven (7+) years' post-graduation project management experience in the power utilities sector.

Responsibilities

• Managing and mentoring project teams and coordinating projects and workstreams.
• Monitoring and evaluating project activities and overall performance.
• Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and strategy.
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
• Overseeing contracts and financials.
• Establishing and reporting on key performance indicators.
• Analyzing project data and providing insights to optimize performance.
• Identifying problems and proposing solutions; providing operational support.
