Job summary

Reporting to the Executive Director of IT and supervising eight direct reports, the director leads data integration, ERP modernization, and AI-enabled automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or related field
- 10+ years in information technology with leadership experience
- Experience with data integration architectures, ERP systems, and reporting platforms
Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise systems integration and data architecture across finance, HR, grants, and facilities
- Lead ERP implementations, vendor management, and modernization efforts
- Drive automation, AI adoption, and CI/CD practices in IT operations
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for executive leadership
- Manage eight direct reports and coordinate with cross-functional IT teams
