Job summary

Two95 International Inc. in Westlake, TX is seeking a Director of Industry Analytics to own performance intelligence across brand, channel, and categories.

You will lead a team of Analysts, synthesize data from POS, IRI, and loyalty portals, and translate findings into strategic recommendations; advance OGSM attainment.

This role requires building KPIs, presenting to senior leadership, and expanding insights into new Celebrations opportunities with Finance and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• Master's degree in business or quantitative-focused field preferred.
• At least eight years applying quantitative methods to solve business problems.
• Experience as Data Analyst or Data Engineer for 2–3 years.
• Ability to translate quantitative results into actionable recommendations; present to broad audiences.
• Experience with Snowflake, SAS, Python, SQL, Excel is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of industry-level reporting and projections.
• Maintains a dynamic view of performance compared to competitors.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with external vendors, including contract negotiation, budget management, assurance of high-quality deliverables, and problem resolution.
• Supervise, train, and coach direct reports.
• Support internal teams with sound insights and recommendations to drive ongoing planning.
• Regularly interface with senior leadership; develop and deliver executive and client-ready presentations.
• Deliver timely, actionable responses to ad hoc requests.
• Develop proactive recommendations and opportunities from standard reports.
• Own Circana greeting card database and extract maximum value from new investments in the Target Collaborative Network.
• Expand expertise into new Celebrations categories with strategic consulting on potential mergers and growth opportunities.
