The role requires deep technical background in laser displacement sensing and LiDAR, a proven GTM track record, and strong cross-functional leadership to scale opportunities

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, product marketing, or strategic sales in industrial automation
• Deep technical understanding of laser displacement sensors and LiDAR
• Proven GTM track record for high-tech industrial products
• Strong network in industrial automation and metrology
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and product teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for laser displacement and high-precision sensing solutions in industrial automation
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with OEMs, system integrators, and industry players
• Lead business development to expand presence in manufacturing, robotics, and industrial automation
• Drive sales of new products to large-scale commercial orders
• Shape product positioning and messaging to communicate value in precision measurement and automation
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define customer needs and roadmaps
• Represent Aeva at industry conferences and trade shows
• Secure and develop customer relationships to production
