Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks a Director of Business Development in the Chicago area to leverage its network and build a robust pipeline for racking, automation, and warehouse solutions. You will identify opportunities, cultivate key industry relationships, and help expand ARCO’s footprint across targeted markets.

The role requires 5-7+ years in technical sales within related industries, a Bachelor’s Degree, and willingness to travel to serve clients and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Engineering, Design, Construction Management or related fields preferred.
• 5-7+ years of technical sales experience in industrial racking, automation, material handling and/or warehouse management systems.
• Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers and influencers.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leverage ARCO's existing network to identify new racking or material handling system projects and grow the business.
• Develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new opportunities.
• Create and expand ARCO’s footprint and top-of-mind awareness.
