Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Director of Indirect Procurement & Category Management to provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide indirect procurement and category management programs.

You will develop sourcing strategies, governance, and value-creation initiatives while partnering with executives to ensure alignment with growth, compliance, and financial goals. This role leads a team of procurement professionals and drives enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive procurement, sourcing, category management, or related leadership experience.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, distribution, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong executive collaboration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise indirect procurement and category management programs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, supplier governance, and value creation initiatives.
• Partner with executives to align procurement with growth, regulatory compliance, and financial objectives.
• Drive procurement modernization, analytics, and performance dashboards.
