Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a role that creates lifestyle experiences such as hospitality operations, event planning, public relations, brand, or experiential marketing.
• Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with common business tools including spreadsheets, word processing, email, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Develop immersive experiences that reflect the hotel brand and identity through live events, partnerships, and activations.
• Lead community outreach to identify local collaborators and meaningful partnerships.
• Manage lifestyle programming, budgets, and ROI while coordinating with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure guest experiences are exceptional and aligned with brand standards.
• Lead marketing and social media efforts to amplify lifestyle activations and partnerships.
