Job summary

Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based health care, seeks a Program Director for IDD Services. This role oversees multiple programs, ensuring person-centered services, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder relations across the service area.

You will manage staff performance, recruitment, scheduling, and service delivery while maintaining a compassionate, detail-oriented approach and readiness to cover shifts when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Compliance with state requirements or applicable regulations for the role.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs, including direct supports, planning, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage program staff: performance evaluations, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salaries, and corrective actions.
• Ensure implementation of program planning and delivery of engaging, person-centered services.
• Be on-call to support staff, cover shifts as needed.
