You will drive staffing, policy compliance, and employee engagement, partnering with leaders to foster a positive workplace culture and compliant operations across the center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Understanding of labor laws and best practices.
• Ability to effectively coordinate people and resources.
• Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead recruitment to hire the best candidates for each role.
• Oversee onboarding and new hire orientation; maintain employment records.
• Oversee bi-weekly payroll process and ensure accurate timecards.
• Support staff and answer questions on benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and update schedules and ensure proper staffing ratios.
• Keep the scheduling system up to date to reflect staffing.
• Coordinate time-off requests to ensure proper coverage of nursing units.
• Build and maintain good working rapport with other departments.

What You'll Do
