Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead, influence, and execute forward-thinking HR strategies for the Workplace Investing Client Engagement Group. Qualifications

Bachelor's or equivalent with 10+ years of experience.
Analytical approach with strong attention to detail and ownership for managing large quantities of detailed information with high accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to 'tell the story' and influence executive decisions.
