Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Strategy, Consulting, Marketing, or Workplace Strategy.
• Analytically thoughtful, research-focused, and intellectually curious.
• Strong judgment with initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives shaping workplace amenity strategy.
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve food, wellbeing, transportation, and emerging program performance and outcomes.
• Shape amenity programs serving more than 80,000 Fidelity associates.
• Frame opportunities to drive decisions and build business cases for change.
• Set amenity policies.
• Conduct industry research.
• Develop an approach to consistently assess associate feedback.
• Support development of program budgets and the multi-year strategic plan.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, enterprise stakeholders, and vendors.
• Communicate clearly and frequently across Real Estate.
• Rebalance priorities as business needs evolve.
• Deliver strong results aligned with business priorities, associate sentiment, and operational requirements.
