Qualifications

• 5+ years in union construction payroll and 3+ years of people leadership.
• Deep experience with prevailing wage, certified payroll, multiple union CBAs.
• Familiarity with DIR reporting and platforms such as eCPR or LCPtracker.
• Experience leading a team while resolving payroll and compliance issues.

Responsibilities
