Job summary

Wendy's in Dublin, OH is seeking a Director - Human Resources to lead the people agenda for the US Operations organization. You will partner with business leaders to build organizational capability, develop talent, and foster a high-performing culture, ensuring HR strategies align with operational priorities and growth.

This role offers a hybrid/remote setup across Dublin and Florida markets; you will work onsite at least 4 days a week in Dublin when based there.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience.
• BS or BA in Business, HR or related field preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage HR teams supporting leaders.
• Experience with franchisor/franchisee environments.
• Proven ability to communicate with multiple stakeholder audiences.
• Experience supporting a large, distributed geography.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, development, and guidance to US Operations HR to achieve business strategies.
• Partner with US Operations leadership to develop talent and create bench at all levels.
• Identify and develop resources to assist franchisees’ business objectives.
• Develop field capabilities in leaders and HR employees.
• Develop new ideas and bring in best practices to support restaurants operators.
