Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of HR generalist background & experience.
• BS or BA in Business, HR or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate business objectives to multiple stakeholder audiences and levels.
• Knowledge and experience with a franchise organization (franchisor & franchisee) and distributed geography.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction, development, and guidance to the US Operations HR organization to achieve business strategies.
• Partners with US Operations leadership to develop talent and create bench at all levels.
• Identifies and develops resources to assist franchisees' business objectives.
• Develop field capabilities in leaders and HR employees.
• Develop new ideas and best practices to support restaurant operators.
