Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the people agenda for the US Operations team, partnering with business leaders to drive capability, talent, and a high-performing culture. This role can be onsite in Dublin, OH or remote in Orlando, Tampa, or Miami areas.

You will oversee HR strategies and programs aligning with business priorities, growth, and operational excellence, while working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of HR generalist background and experience.
• BS or BA in Business, HR or related field preferred along with the years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage HR teams supporting leaders and objectives.
• Experience communicating objectives to multiple stakeholder audiences and levels.
• Knowledge of franchise organizations (franchisor & franchisee).
• Experience supporting a large, distributed geography.

Responsibilities

• Direct, develop, and guide US Operations HR to achieve business strategies.
• Partner with operations leadership to develop talent and bench strength.
• Identify resources to assist franchisees’ objectives.
• Develop field capabilities in leaders and HR staff.
• Introduce ideas and best practices to support restaurant operators.
