The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel & Spa, a AAA Four Diamond luxury property in Mobile, AL, seeks a Director of Services (Housekeeping) to provide strategic and operational leadership for the housekeeping division. This role directly impacts guest rooms, public spaces, and overall hotel presentation.

You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, set standards, manage budgets, and partner across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistent with the property's

Responsibilities

• Lead Housekeeping operations and drive cleanliness, service, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Set and maintain exceptional quality standards for guestrooms and public spaces.
• Build a high-performing team with clear expectations and coaching.
• Elevate the guest experience by anticipating needs and addressing feedback.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage budgets, labor, supplies, and capital expenditures.
