The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel & Spa, a AAA Four Diamond property, seeks a Director of Services to lead the Housekeeping/Services operations with strategic and financial impact. You will set standards, develop talent, and partner across departments to consistently elevate the guest experience at this premier Mobile hotel.

Lead a high-performing team, manage staffing and expenses, and drive sustainable improvements in cleanliness and presentation while maintaining exceptional quality

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel housekeeping or services operations.
• Ability to develop and coach teams to high standards.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Housekeeping and Services operations to deliver exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Set and maintain quality standards for rooms and public spaces with inspection programs.
• Build a high-performing team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Elevate guest experiences by anticipating needs and acting on feedback.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure seamless readiness and maintenance.
• Manage budgets, labor, supplies, and capital priorities to improve efficiency.
