You will manage budgets, optimize staffing for 24/7 operations, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with hotel leadership on service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive housekeeping management or supervisory experience in a high-volume hotel or resort.
• Experience managing departmental budgets, controlling costs, and tracking financial performance.
• Excellent scheduling and staffing skills with the ability to optimize labor coverage.
• Experience with health/safety protocols, inventory management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver high service standards.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for the department.
• Develop staffing plans to ensure 24/7 operations with optimal coverage.
