Position Overview
As the Director of Housekeeping at South Seas, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will oversee all aspects of the Housekeeping Department, supervise staff, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in the ongoing redevelopment of our resort.

Working Conditions - Physical/Mental Requirements
Position requires you to be able to stand, walk, bend and stoop for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products, and operation of standard cleaning equipment. Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extending arms over head, bending, and stooping to perform cleaning tasks. Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighting up to 100 lbs. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able work in different types of weather sometimes extreme, including high temperatures and humidity.
HOURS REQUIRED
Flexible schedule, will be required to work weekends and/or holidays.
