The role requires coordinating aging infrastructure upgrades while maintaining steady guest experiences. You will manage building systems, develop maintenance programs, and supervise engineering staff, driving cost efficiencies and reliable operations

Qualifications

• This role requires 5–10+ years of engineering leadership in hospitality or a similar setting.
• Proven ability to manage aging building systems and coordinate renovations.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and energy systems.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead renovations with minimal guest disruption and on-site liaison.
• Prepare and manage engineering budgets (CapEx and OpEx).
• Ensure OSHA, fire codes, and environmental compliance; promote safety.
