Evolution Hospitality is seeking a Director of Engineering for our New Orleans property to oversee the facilities maintenance function, ensuring efficient operation and service of all equipment. You will lead a skilled engineering team and manage maintenance programs across the hotel.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in a related field and prior management experience, ideally within a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience, including prior management.
• Experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Trade license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Maintenance staff and oversee the maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Oversee facilities maintenance to ensure efficient operation, service and repair of equipment.
• Evaluate issues quickly and decide on actions in high‑pressure situations.
