Job summary

Sandy Cove Ministries in North East, Maryland is seeking a Dining Room Hospitality & Operations Manager to lead daily dining services, Uncle Wilf's Café, staffing, and admin functions while fostering a Christ-centered culture.

The ideal candidate will develop people, implement systems for excellence, and invest in team members spiritually and professionally, with a focus on guest hospitality and operational integrity.

Qualifications

• Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and agreement with the mission and Statement of Faith of Sandy Cove Ministries.
• Demonstrated servant leadership skills.
• Experience leading employees in hospitality, food service, restaurant, hotel, or similar environments.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead dining room team to provide exceptional guest service that reflects Sandy Cove's mission.
• Oversee dining room, Uncle Wilf's Café, and scheduling functions.
• Recruit, onboard, and train staff according to Sandy Cove standards.
• Coach employees and foster a culture of mutual respect and spiritual growth.
• Coordinate communication between dining room, café, kitchen, and other departments.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain clean, welcoming environments.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for assigned areas.
