Job summary

Sandy Cove Ministries is seeking a Hospitality Operations Manager to lead daily dining room operations, Uncle Wilf's Café, and Food Service administration with a servant leadership approach. The role emphasizes hosting guests in a Christ-centered culture and developing a cohesive team across dining, café, and kitchen areas.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of coaching staff, and able to align operations with the ministry’s mission while maintaining exceptional hospitality

Qualifications

• Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and agreement with the mission and Statement of Faith of Sandy Cove Ministries.
• Demonstrated servant leadership skills.
• Experience leading employees in hospitality, food service, restaurant, hotel, or similar environments.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Hospitality & Dining Experience: Create and maintain a welcoming, clean, and inviting dining environment; Lead the dining room team to provide exceptional guest service; Ensure warmth, professionalism, and Christian hospitality; Respond to guest questions and concerns; Collaborate with culinary team for seamless dining.
