Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Director for its Blue Bell hospice office to guide clinical and business operations and drive growth in the local community.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, and develop partnerships with referral sources while ensuring adherence to Medicare and state regulations. This role offers leadership growth within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years healthcare supervisory or management experience; home health or hospice experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations, including OASIS and PPS.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania healthcare regulations.
• Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increased responsibility.
• Strong leadership, recruiting, employee relations, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to organize, manage, market, and grow an office.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
• Ambition to continue growing as a healthcare leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management, operations, and services of the hospice office.
• Lead budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management.
• Monitor the quality and appropriateness of services to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
• Ensure staff receive appropriate education, training, coaching, and performance support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
• Monitor industry and community trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Medicare and Pennsylvania regulations.
• Create a culture focused on exceptional care, employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
