OnePoint Patient Care, an affiliate of PharMerica, seeks a Director of Business Development to drive hospice pharmacy revenue growth. Lead the sales strategy, build partnerships, and expand into new markets across the East Coast while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has B2B healthcare sales experience, a strong network, and proven ability to close strategic deals. Remote role with <20% travel and compensation aligned to performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Deep and broad professional network aligned to target client base preferred.
• Experience building new and existing business using consultative selling and value proposition.
• Proven sales performance with a track record of growth.
• Excellent relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales strategies for OnePoint Hospice pharmacy business line.
• Partners with marketing to establish best practices and manage partnerships.
• Identifies new business opportunities and markets.
• Analyzes potential partnerships and expands market footprint.
• Meets with partners to open opportunities and stay at the market forefront.
• Educates management and staff on strategic sales opportunities and supports field execution.
