Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensed RN in the state of the job location.
• Experience in hospice required.
• 3–5 years in healthcare management.
• Ability to supervise professional and administrative personnel.
• Knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and evaluates Hospice goals aligned with strategic direction.
• Implements policies and procedures to ensure identified outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees budget, financial stability and data reporting to Governing Body.
• Drives staff hiring, training, supervision and performance improvement.
• Oversees the QAPI plan and interdisciplinary care delivery.
