Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with current California licensure to practice nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience; home care preferred.
• Strong understanding of performance improvement and utilization management.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision; strong coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the organization’s quality improvement program.
• Monitor and measure performance improvement activities.
• Provide direction for quality improvement using CQI principles.
• Coordinate clinical record review for data collection and reporting.
• Trend and report quality data on patient care, safety, risk, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with nursing supervisors to ensure compliant documentation.
• Serve on the Patient Grievance Committee and address concerns.
• Develop and train staff on the performance improvement plan.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and ACHC standards.
• Act as clinical resource to leadership and personnel.
