Tenet Healthcare's Carondelet St. Josephs Hospital in Tucson is seeking a Market Director, Quality to provide strategic leadership for clinical quality, patient safety, and performance improvement across multiple facilities in the market.

The role partners with executive leadership, physicians, nursing leaders, and operations to drive better patient outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness. A RN with advanced healthcare leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Master of Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or other relevant healthcare field and 5 years of regulatory, accreditation, and performance improvement.
• Bachelor's degree with active master's degree in clinical health-related field and 5 years of relevant regulatory, accreditation, and performance improvement experience.
• 7 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience with 5 years of experience in hospital quality, including 2 years as a hospital Quality Director.
• CPHQ, CPPS, or CPHRM within 12 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements market-wide quality strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitors, analyzes, and improves clinical quality performance measures and patient outcomes.
• Leads initiatives to reduce hospital-acquired conditions, readmissions, mortality, and other quality indicators.
• Promotes evidence-based practices and standardization across facilities.
• Directs and mentors quality, patient safety, and regulatory staff across the market.
• Leads Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities and uses data analytics to measure intervention effectiveness.
