Job summary

Banner Heart Hospital in Mesa, AZ seeks a Director of Operation Support to lead non-clinical operations and analytics across EP, Endo and Cath Lab. You will drive process improvements, scheduling optimization, licensing and external audits while supporting patient logistics and cross-functional teams.

You will manage a team, develop dashboards, and provide strategic insights to Directors and Executive Management to improve efficiency, accuracy, and patient experience in a large health system.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for healthcare operations and governance.

• Mentor staff and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Coordinate software systems and scheduling/patient logistics tools.
• Partner across teams to maintain dashboards and programs monitoring results.
