You will direct dashboards, PMO operations, and Lean/Six Sigma projects to drive efficiency in clinics, ASCs, and hospital perioperative workflows. The role collaborates with market and facility leadership to deliver action plans, performance roadmaps, and measurable results improving clinical operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a business, healthcare administration, engineering, or related analytical field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced qualifications.
• 7+ years of professional experience, with 4–6 years in performance improvement, analytics, or operational excellence in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and KPI governance strategy, define data sources and reporting cadence.
• Manage PMO functions including intake, prioritization, resourcing, and delivery tracking.
