The Oaks at Lebanon is seeking a Director of Health Services to lead clinical care across our Lebanon, OR campus. You will guide regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and care planning for residents, mentoring the regional clinical team and developing training programs.

Ideal candidates will hold an active nursing license, have 3–5 years of long-term care nursing experience, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills to drive high-quality resident care.

Qualifikationen

• Oversee, manage and direct Regional Clinical team members.

• Stay updated on regulatory changes and share information with staff.
• Provide mentorship for new clinical staff.
• Supervise training for the Regional Clinical team through the Healthcare Policy & Clinical Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on industry's best practices and regulatory changes and share relevant information with staff.
• Provide mentorship and support for new clinical staff to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their roles.
• Oversees, manages and directs the training for the Regional Clinical team members through the supervision of the Healthcare Policy & Clinical Training Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience working with the elderly and appropriate activity interventions.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care settings.
