Mosaicms in the United States is seeking a Director of Health Services to lead clinical operations across our facilities. The role emphasizes compliance, quality, and staff mentorship to ensure safe, patient-centered care. You will oversee regional clinical teams, develop care plans, mentor nurses, and implement evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license required.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for long-term care facilities.
• Experience in clinical data analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software for quality reporting.
• Experience working with the elderly and appropriate activity interventions.
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance on clinical care delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits of clinical processes, documentation, and resident outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based practices to improve care quality and resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to develop personalized care plans for residents.
• Oversee the coordination of healthcare services using clinical quality assurance tools.
• Oversee, manage and direct Regional Clinical team members.
• Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff on infection control, wound care, medication management, and other relevant topics.
• Stay updated on industry's best practices and regulatory changes and share relevant information with staff.
• Provide mentorship and support for new clinical staff to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their roles.
• Oversees, manages and directs the training for the Regional Clinical team members through the supervision of the Healthcare Policy & Clinical Training Manager.
