OPSWAT is seeking a Director of Product Management for the MetaDefender Kiosk Desktop line. You will own the hardware platform, roadmap, and lifecycle across form factors, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure performance, cost, and reliability.

You’ll drive certification and compliance (FCC, CE, UL, RoHS) and shape pricing, licensing, and telemetry for large-scale deployments while partnering with Central Management for fleet-wide control and analytics.

Qualificações

• Five or more years in product management with ownership of a hardware/software product from strategy to delivery.
• Experience with appliances, devices, or edge systems including cost, quality, and manufacturing readiness.
• Experience taking hardware products through regulatory certification and supply chain provenance requirements.
• Technical depth to discuss hardware architecture, Windows/Linux, networking, APIs, security, and enterprise management.
• AI-native working style with ability to research problems and prototype with engineering teams.
• Strong customer instinct and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, packaging, and lifecycle of the hardware line.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain on design, performance, and cost.
• Own certification and compliance (FCC, CE, UL, RoHS, RoREACH, TAA) and ensure launch readiness.
• Define pricing and licensing for hardware plus subscription structures with finance and legal.
• Define data/telemetry strategy for fleet reporting and insights in isolated deployments.
• Drive deeper integration with Central Management for fleet management of thousands of units.
• Leverage MetaDefender technologies to inform workflows and customer value.
• Work with AI tools to explore architectures and validate ideas before major resource spend.
• Reduce installation, activation, and troubleshooting steps; improve field readiness.
• Equip the field with competitive positioning, demos, collateral, and launch readiness.
