You will shape form, function, and specs, bridging sales, marketing, and engineering, and join the senior leadership reporting to the CEO/COO. Responsibilities include shaping the roadmap, translating customer needs for R&D, and developing multi-year

• Engineering or technical degree required.
• Hardware product PM or strategy experience required.
• Hands-on product definition experience essential.
• B2B sales orientation to large commercial buyers required.
• 10+ years in product strategy or product marketing for tech products.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, small teams, startup environment.
• MBA in marketing or related discipline preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze market, customers, and competitors to shape the roadmap.
• Assess customer and market challenges and unmet needs.
• Identify competitor strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
