Chime is seeking a Director to lead the Growth Platform, unifying web, paid, notifications, incentives, targeting, experimentation and personalization. You will drive an AI-native platform with agentic ML, experiment design, and governance across multiple teams to accelerate hypergrowth.

You will report to the VP of Growth Engineering, hire and grow senior engineers and tech lead managers, and collaborate with Product, Marketing and Data Science to tie platform bets to key metrics like new

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience building growth or marketing platforms used by multiple teams.
• Hands-on ML-powered systems for real-time decisions and LLM-based agents in production.
• Strong experimentation and measurement capabilities.
• Clear executive communication and cross-functional buy-in.
• Bonus: fintech or regulated industry experience; large platform migrations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Growth Platform org with tech lead managers and senior engineers.
• Set multi-year vision and roadmap, unifying systems with shared data and measurement.
• Make the platform AI-native with agentic workflows and test results feeding future rounds.
• Enable Growth teams to ship faster and measure impact across channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data Science and Analytics leaders to tie bets to metrics.
