Qualifications

• 15+ years in digital marketing with 5+ years in leadership overseeing SEO and paid media.
• Proven track record of scaling performance marketing and aggressive growth targets.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, paid media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Expertise in A/B testing, attribution modeling, and CRO.
• Analytical mindset translating data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
• Retail/e-commerce or subscription experience preferred.
• Curiosity for AI-driven personalization and generative search trends.
• Cross-functional experience with engineering, analytics, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital performance marketing strategy across SEO and paid media.
• Oversee SEO technical optimization, content strategy, site architecture, link-building.
• Manage paid search, display, social, and programmatic campaigns; maximize ROI.
• Coordinate media planning, buying, testing, and optimization across platforms.
• Lead, mentor and develop the SEO and digital media team; manage agencies and partners.
