Earnest is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing - Performance to own core channel performance, build data-driven testing, and expand into high-ROI channels as we scale multi-product lending. You will lead a hands-on, player-coach team and partner with product, data science, and compliance to move quickly in a regulated environment.

The role emphasizes AI-driven workflows, strategic channel expansion, and cross-functional leadership to drive growth at speed in the US market.

Formación

• Experience leading growth marketing in fintech or regulated B2C sectors.
• Experience at high-growth startups or growth-stage companies.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to coach teams to self-serve data.

Responsabilidades

• Own core channel performance and set acceleration plans for SEM, Paid Social, SEO/AEO.
• Expand into high-ROI channels with data-backed testing and measurement frameworks.
• Define budget, channel mix, and testing priorities for Personal Loans as products scale.
• Drive AI-first marketing initiatives and accelerate adoption within 90 days.
• Develop team structure and strategy for optimal mix of FTE, contract, agency, and AI capacity.
• Act as player-coach, guiding Growth Marketing Managers in strategy, builds, testing, and analysis.
