You'll drive an AI-first marketing strategy across research, content, personalization, analytics, and automation, building and mentoring a high-performing Growth team while shaping the company's growth engine.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership.
• 5+ years building high-performing teams.
• Proven pipeline and revenue ownership.
• AI-enabled marketing experience.
• Expert in ABM, digital, SEO, CRO.

Responsibilities

• Own global growth strategy, budgets, forecasting, and marketing KPIs.
• Build scalable acquisition across ABM, inbound/outbound, paid media, partnerships, SEO, content, and lifecycle.
• Lead pipeline generation and marketing contribution to revenue.
• Develop an AI-first marketing approach across research, content, personalization, analytics, and automation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Growth, Demand Generation, Content, Digital, and Events team.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve funnel performance, attribution, lead quality, and conversion.
• Drive website strategy, CRO, experimentation, and digital customer journeys.
• Establish thought leadership across AI, advertising, and retail media.
• Use analytics and emerging technologies to improve forecasting, efficiency, and ROI.
