Job summary

ONSIDE is seeking a Director of Income Generation and Enterprise to lead new revenue streams, social enterprises and partnerships across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. The post reports to the Chief Executive and collaborates with the Marketing & Events Manager to expand fundraising and enterprise activity.

The role covers income generation, fundraising, and marketing, driving strategic growth while contributing to executive team decisions and ensuring delivery against budgets and impact

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in developing, launching and growing social enterprises or paid-for services.
• Strong understanding of business development, income generation, fundraising, marketing, and audience development within a charity or social enterprise.
• Knowledge of governance, data protection and risk management relevant to charity organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Income Generation & Fundraising, develop paid-for services and social enterprises, grow partnerships and sponsorships.
• Oversee Marketing & Communications to raise brand awareness and external profile.
• Act as a senior member of the Executive Team, contributing to strategy and organisational growth.
