Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience with federal grant submissions and RFP responses.
• Ability to interpret regulations, policies and procedures regarding grants submission and administration.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines while producing high‑quality work.
• Strong interpersonal and partnership-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Obtaining grant funding to develop new services or improve current delivery models.
• Coordinating implementation of grant funded projects and ensuring post-award compliance.
• Compiling financial and non-financial data for grant reports and grant billings with Accounting.
• Preparing and submitting requests for proposals (RFPs) as opportunities arise.
