The Executive Director of Grants and External Funding is responsible for:

• Obtaining grant funding to develop new services, and/or improve the quality or efficiency of Spectrum’s service delivery models.
• Coordinating implementation of all grant funded projects and ensures post-award compliance.
• Compiling financial and non-financial data for the preparation of grant-related reports and grant billings in conjunction with the Accounting Department.
• Request for proposals (RFP) submissions as opportunities arise.

Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization, including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week.
