Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required, on-the-job experience considered.
• Solid understanding of grant accounting, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Experience with non-profit or government grant management.
• Familiarity with Uniform Guidance is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and resolve difficult and sensitive inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide leadership with all financial inquiries that include budget development, payroll, purchasing, contracting, and reporting.
• Manage open receivables for the proper tracking of pledges.
• Assist Project Directors and staff in grant implementation and management, including instruction of internal processes, as necessary.
• Prepare and collect all supporting documentation regarding financial deliverables for sponsored awards.
• Must be able to gather and analyze data and situations and make appropriate decisions.
